Iron Bow Receives Advanced Certifications from Cisco
Named Managed Services Advanced Channel Partner and Renewed as Master Unified Communications Specialized Partner
Chantilly, VA — January 31st, 2012 —Iron Bow Technologies LLC, an information technology solutions provider, has been named a Managed Services Advanced Channel Partner by Cisco Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in networking. This certification highlights Iron Bow’s ability to sell and deliver Cisco-based Managed Services. Iron Bow's advanced managed services offerings include the monitoring and support of customers' complex information technology environments via remote managing systems.
Iron Bow’s ability to deliver these services was a result of an investment in a network operations center (NOC) that utilizes Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation processes, practices and tools. These tools enable Iron Bow to support advanced Cisco technologies across all stages of the lifecycle, including: preparation, planning, design, implementation, operations and optimization.
