About FAA Saves: Promoting Efficiency and Customer Service
The SAVES Program was established in 2006 as a means of controlling costs while delivering quality customer service. It provides for the purchase or leasing of complete solution sets as well as technical and support services. SAVES contracts are mandatory for the FAA’s IT community and may also be used by the National Airspace System (NAS) and other Department of Transportation (DOT) entities.
